職位描述
工作職責(zé)：
l 負(fù)責(zé)公司行政車輛的管理和用車安排；
l 負(fù)責(zé)公司各類辦公設(shè)備的維修及保養(yǎng)；
l 負(fù)責(zé)公司各類證件證照的辦理、審驗(yàn)登記；
l 負(fù)責(zé)公司與政府部門及其他相關(guān)單位的溝通和聯(lián)絡(luò)；
l 負(fù)責(zé)公司年會(huì)、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)等相關(guān)事務(wù)的安排及協(xié)調(diào)；
l 負(fù)責(zé)公司外籍人員的護(hù)照、簽證及工作許可證辦理；
l 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)及辦公區(qū)域的日常衛(wèi)生的管理及監(jiān)督；
l 兼任企業(yè)公務(wù)車司機(jī)；
l 其他部門經(jīng)理指定的工作任務(wù)。
任職資格：
l 大專及以上學(xué)歷；
l 10年以上行政管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
l 駕駛技術(shù)熟練，熟悉北京路況；
l 普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
l 具有基本英語(yǔ)聽力及口語(yǔ)交流能力；
l 工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、有責(zé)任心。
